How many of my readers have a busy office life and have no time to cook a healthy lunch? I bet almost everyone. This is our reality, but it doesn’t mean you have to give up on your Ketogenic diet. In this post you will find my personal TOP-10 of easy Keto lunch ideas you can prep at home and bring with you to work!

Well, restaurants are an option but it’s really difficult to find a place where they will offer you a keto lunch and think about our high fat, low carbs rule. So, what I suggest is cooking at home and bringing healthy ketogenic lunches to work. This way you can stay on your ketogenic meal plan and save money at the same time!

I like to rate the recipes because some of these easy Keto lunch ideas are my favorite and I can cook them over and over again, but of course, tastes differ and you might rate them in a totally different order.

1. Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon Burgers-KETO LUNCH RECIPES

These salmon burgers are grilled using cedar planks. You can find these planks at many grocery stores where the grilling items are. You can also buy them from a local hardware store. They impart a special flavor to the salmon, and also make it so much easier to grill, so give this a shot next time you’re grilling!

Try serving these on lettuce leaves, or grill some mushroom buns to make burgers.  Throw on some extra patties to take to work too!  I think these are especially great with some mayo and a squeeze of lemon.

*You can substitute with more mayonnaise if you prefer.

I’ve fallen in love with mackerel! It’s an oily fish that’s consumed all over the world, but not something I got into until recently. It’s high in omega-3’s, which is something I’m always looking to get more of.
